All prices are listed in PKR and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges vary by zone and are displayed at checkout. We reserve the right to update prices at any time without prior notice.
3. Delivery
Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and may vary due to traffic, weather, or high demand. Our Shop is not liable for delays beyond our reasonable control. Delivery is only available within our specified service areas.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
Orders may be cancelled before preparation begins. Once an order is being prepared, cancellations may not be possible. Refunds for valid cancellations or incorrect orders will be processed at our discretion. Please contact us immediately if there is an issue with your order.
5. Loyalty Rewards
Loyalty stamps are earned on qualifying orders. Rewards are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at any time. Stamps have no cash value and cannot be transferred.
6. Liability
Our Shop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our service. Our maximum liability is limited to the value of the order in question.
